Are programs available throughout Canada?

Yes. All PSF B.V. programs are delivered online and are available across every province and territory in Canada. Enrollment and learning support are provided remotely, so there is no need to travel to a campus or attend sessions in person.

Each program description lists the learning format (instructor-led, self-paced modules, workshops, or a mix) and what materials are included. If you are coordinating learning for a team across time zones, add a note in the registration form so scheduling expectations can be discussed early.

Do I need previous experience?

No. The curriculum is designed to be accessible to beginners while still being useful for experienced professionals who want clearer routines and a more consistent operations toolkit.

The content typically starts with shared vocabulary and simple frameworks (for example: basic process mapping, role clarity, and meeting cadences) before moving into practice exercises. Learners can keep the work lightweight or go deeper by applying the templates to real scenarios.

Are workshops conducted online?

Yes. Every workshop is delivered virtually. A typical workshop includes a short lecture segment, guided examples, structured discussion, and a practical takeaway such as a worksheet, template, or checklist.

If a workshop has prerequisites (for example, having a sample workflow to map or a meeting agenda to revise), they are listed on the workshop page. When in doubt, register and include a short note about your current role and goals so the right session can be recommended.

Are learning materials included?

Yes. Digital learning materials are included with every program. Depending on the course, this can include templates (such as SOP outlines), prioritization planners, communication guides, or practice exercises that can be reused after the program ends.

Materials are designed to be practical and lightweight. They are meant to help learners turn learning into a repeatable habit: writing clearer updates, structuring meetings, making workflows visible, and documenting decisions in a way that reduces rework.

Are certificates available?

Selected programs include a certificate of completion. When available, the certificate indicates participation and completion of the learning requirements for that program.

A certificate is not a professional license and does not represent a guarantee of employment, promotions, salary increases, or specific career outcomes. If you need documentation for employer learning records, include that request in your registration message so it can be addressed during follow-up.

Does PSF B.V. provide consulting or advisory services?

No. PSF B.V. operates exclusively as an online education provider. The organization does not provide business consulting, operational consulting, financial advisory services, accounting, legal services, project management consulting, or investment services.

Program content is educational and designed to teach transferable workplace skills. Learners remain responsible for deciding how to apply what they learn to their own work, policies, tools, and organizational context.

Do programs guarantee employment or career advancement?

No. Participation in educational programs does not guarantee employment, promotions, salary increases, certifications, business success, or financial outcomes.

How do I register?

Registration is completed using the online form on the Contact Us page. The form asks for your name, email, phone number, and a selected program. You can also include a preferred workshop topic (optional) and any additional comments.

After submission, the PSF educational support team reviews the request and responds using the contact details provided. If you are registering for a group or coordinating learning for others, include the approximate number of participants and preferred timing.

Is learner support available?

Yes. Learner support is available throughout each program. Support can include clarification on course concepts, guidance on how to use templates, and help interpreting exercises in a way that matches your role.

The goal of support is educational: to make the content understandable and usable. It is not a consulting engagement, and it is not intended to replace internal policies, professional advice, or organizational decision-making.

How is my data used if I register or contact PSF?
